Ignore the negative comments, especially from people that don't understand what it's like to have cravings, addictions, etc., besides, you can eat anything in moderation. Anyway, I wanted to suggest using grape seed oil for frying and use very little. I used to use butter but I've cut down on the butter. You can still have it but just a little bit and not every day. Keep up the great work because obviously, it's working. One question do you have a wii and a wii fit? I just got one and the yoga on it is great plus everything else you can do. Makes you do all that excercise at home like jogging, bike riding, breathing excercises ect i want to try shape my body so gonna do some every morning. You can put in your gole weight and when youd like to reach that weight and it will track your progress. You don't have to be already slim or super flexible or even young to do yoga (I am none of these things lol)- everybody does their best with the body they have right now. I feel SO much better and have trimmed down some "problem areas" without dieting. I find I eat less in the evenings just so that I can do 20 minutes or so of yoga before bedtime. I have been eating my 12-15g carb from veg per day just today been too busy to get to the shops.<br />I have researched loads and for me I believe if we eat fat, we lose fat.
